Right now, the last NBA Round 1 match up is ending. The Jazz are beating the Clippers 58-44 in the third in a Game 7 that will determine who will go home for the summer, and who will move on only to go home after the Warriors quickly dispose of them. I am rooting for Utah. It is nice to see them being successful. It is true though, that if they or the Clippers move on, they won't stand a chance against the historically good Warriors in Round 2. Speaking of Round 2, the first game of Round Two between the Celtics and the Wizards happened today. The Wizards lead by as many as 16 early in the first period, but the Celtics stormed back. The two teams battled back and forth, with the Celtics tying the game several times. They finally took the lead, and ended up winning 123-111.
In Major League Baseball, the Dodgers made an incredible comeback. They were down 5-2 against the Phillies, but then they hit 3 straight home runs, and then Adrian Gonzalez hit a gmae winning RBI. Here it is. http://m.mlb.com/news/article/227347396/dodgers-hit-3-straight-homers-in-walk-off-win/ Also, the Cubs got even in their series against the Red Sox, with help from some Red Sox errors and some homers, and rallied against the Sox to win 7-4. The rubber match for that series is tonight at 8 on ESPN.
In the NHL, the Senators won in double OT by a score of 6-5, and took a 2-0 series lead against the Rangers. The other team to take a 2-0 series lead was the Penguins. They beat the Capitals 6-2. Right now, the Predators are beating the Blues 2-1 at the end of the second period. Enjoy the games!
